Orders placed on Monday - Friday before 2 PM MST (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends will be processed within 48 hours on the next business day. Delivery estimate depends on method of shipping chosen at the time of purchase. We offer 2 days and overnight UPS shipping options. Overnight shipping does NOT mean One Day shipping; however, it is a faster option. Regardless of what shipping method you choose, we still process and ship orders in the timeframe listed above. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and up to 5 business days for shipping. UPS delivers Monday-Friday. Pure MD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information reports delivered to address provided or any fees related to international shipping. Please contact UPS for help on recovery of packages reported delivered via your tracking email.

Shipping Costs + Delivery
PureMD.com ships to all 50 U.S. States via UPS Ground for a standard charge of $5.00.
If you are a registered Pure MD Member and your order totals $100 or more, Pure MD will ship your order complimentary via UPS Ground to the contiguous United States.
Pure MD offers overnight shipping and 2 days shipping is also available.
Overnight shipping is available on web orders placed before 2:00 pm, EST, Monday through Friday. (Overnight orders placed on the weekend will be shipped after entry on Monday.)
At this time, PureMD.com does not ship outside the continental United States, or to APO/FPO or PO boxes.
Returns and Exchanges
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your PureMD.com order, you can return it in its original packaging with the original packing slip within 30 days of purchase date.

When you return your purchase to PureMD.com within 30 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your credit card for the price of the item(s). A credit will be issued to the credit card that was used in the original purchase. We ask that you allow up to 30 days for the credit process.
Items received more than 30 days after purchase date may not be returned.
Only items purchased on PureMD.com can be returned to PureMD.com. Items purchased in a skin care professional's office or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
