We hope you enjoy everything you order from Pure MD, but should you be less than satisfied please return your product(s) to Pure MD within 30 days of your purchase date. All items must be within their original packaging. Refunds are not provided for discontinued items and e-certificates.
Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
Unfortunately, you cannot return products bought through puremd.com or other Pure MD retailers at healing waters spa & clinic locations.
We recommend that you return any product via ups or insured parcel post, for your protection, to insure prompt delivery. If using the US post office, we recommend that you request a delivery confirmation upon returning the products. With this option, the post office will provide you with a receipt showing the date you returned the product(s) to us, as well as provide a confirmation to you once the package is delivered. Keep this receipt until the refund appears on your credit card statement. This receipt is your proof of return and acts as an “insurance policy” that will ensure your product is refunded, even if the products are lost in the mail.
Pure MD is not responsible for the shipping and handling charges for any returns and all shipping fees are non-refundable. At this time we do not provide pre-paid return labels.
How to return/exchange
If you are unable to locate the return and exchange form enclosed with your shipment, a printable return and exchange form may be downloaded here.
Please fill out the return section of the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning along with a copy of your receipt. Be sure to indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, or make an exchange for another item. Please help us improve our service by noting the main reason for your return or exchange. If you are exchanging products, please fill out the exchange portion of the form as well. You may also place your exchange order over the phone for faster service. If you do this, you will be charged the full price of the new item at the time the order is placed. You will be refunded for your original purchase once it has been received.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping & handling charges will be incurred.
To insure that your return remains eligible for a refund, please have the package return postmarked before the 30-day money back returns policy expires.
If you purchased Pure MD products at a store, day spa, or medical office, please contact that facility directly to inquire about their return policy.
Please send your package, including your return and exchange form, via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.
If you are unable to locate your return and exchange form, a printable return and exchange form is available.

Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
